Receipt → Settlement & Learning (Closing the Loop)

Settlement contracts evaluate whether campaign conditions are met based on receipts. If conditions are satisfied:
  • funds are released from escrow
  • revenue is automatically distributed
  • user rewards are issued via verifiable claims
If conditions are not met:
  • payments may be paused, rejected, or rolled back
At the same time:
  • reconciliation packages are generated for audit and finance
AI systems use only verified receipts as training signals:
