Gency AI does not introduce another advertising platform. It defines an infrastructure layer that transforms how data usage, measurement, and settlement are executed. The system is built on three composable primitives that convert core advertising processes into verifiable and enforceable system behaviors. Consent-as-Code (CCL) Encodes permissions—such as purpose, granularity, retention, jurisdiction, and privacy budget—into machine-executable policies. Every computation must pass these constraints before execution, ensuring compliance is enforced at the system level. Encrypted Segment Query (ESQ) Enables audience selection and measurement without exposing raw data. Computation is executed within trusted environments using PSI, MPC/TEE, and differential privacy, revealing only aggregated, compliant outputs. VUR + PSG Every data usage and campaign outcome is recorded as a verifiable receipt (VUR), forming a shared source of truth. These receipts directly trigger the Programmable Settlement Graph (PSG), which automates fund release, revenue distribution, and reconciliation based on predefined conditions.
