Core Architecture

Gency AI is structured as a layered system that separates protocol execution, data governance, and product interaction.

Instead of embedding all logic into a single platform, the system isolates core guarantees—such as permission enforcement, privacy-preserving computation, and verifiable settlement—into protocol-level components.

This design allows the network to remain auditable and enforceable at the infrastructure level, while supporting flexible integrations across Web2 channels and on-chain environments.

The architecture consists of three layers:

Infrastructure Layer – execution, verification, and settlement primitives Data Layer – consent-bound data governance and identity abstraction Product Layer – interfaces for advertisers, partners, and users

Each layer operates with clearly defined responsibilities and interacts through auditable interfaces.
