2025 Q4 – 2026 Q2

Transitioning three core modules into production-ready environments: Consent-as-Code (CCL), Encrypted Segment Query (ESQ), and Verifiable Receipts & Settlement (VUR + PSG).

Lighthouse" Use Cases: Launching pilot programs for high-impact sectors: Ecommerce, Retail Media, Subscription Apps, and On-chain Memberships.

Strategic Partnerships: Integration with a curated group of 3–5 media platforms and 1–2 trusted compute providers.

System Performance Targets (SLOs):

* Achieve VUR (Verifiable Usage Receipt) coverage ≥ 95%.
* Ensure ≥ 80% of settlements are completed within a T+1 timeframe.

* ​Governance Lifecycle Implementation: Standardizing the workflow: Proposal → Audit → Simulation (Shadow Release) → Activation.
* ​Target End State: The protocol operates as a fully independent, self-sustaining infrastructure layer, decoupled from the core development team.

Gency will evolve into a decentralized, privacy-native advertising and data collaboration protocol, enabling transparent value exchange between users, platforms, and advertisers.
