Receipt → Settlement & Learning (Closing the Loop)

Settlement contracts evaluate whether campaign conditions are met based on receipts.

If conditions are satisfied:

* funds are released from escrow
* revenue is automatically distributed
* user rewards are issued via verifiable claims

If conditions are not met:

* payments may be paused, rejected, or rolled back

At the same time:

* reconciliation packages are generated for audit and finance

AI systems use only verified receipts as training signals:

* offline causal correction
* online incremental optimization

Every model update can be traced back to verifiable outcomes.
